This semester has been a little different than my previous ones. I do the normal morning routine, but now that I have class at Fisherman’s Wharf, I have to take two buses and spend 6 hours in this wonderful, touristy area :) It’s exciting, really. The first time I visited SF, my family and I ONLY went to the Wharf. Which is hilarious in my opinion, because there’s so much more to see!

When I first started going to Academy of Art University, I really had trouble trying to figure out how to present myself. Going to fashion school, I thought that I had to be couture, chic, sophisticated and edgy all at once. It was high school all over again, but this time I really felt like I was in the industry itself. So, I had some personal style issues with not knowing what to wear, not being myself and trying to buy ridiculously expensive clothes

But, in the long run, I eventually decided that being me and knowing my personal style is what matters. I’m not afraid to wear pink pants and my polka dot t-shirt to school anymore! I feel great showing off my personality in my clothes.

These are a couple of items I’d totally bring to school. And I’m not afraid of being stared at! Haha, even with that cute polka dot backpack!
